New Horizon Care Home are delighted to introduce new locations, their services to cater for clients in need of supported living.We offer flexible support options that can be tailored to meet your individual needs. Our support can range from few hours per week to 24/7 support in your own home (including waking night or sleep in staff) with a senior member of staff contactable 24 hours a day.
