We provide a range of person-centred support programmes in nurturing
environments for adults aged 18 and over.
We offer skilled care to enable people who live here to achieve their optimum state of health and well-being. Our team is a dedicated team of Qualified Staffs, Support Workers, Activity Co-ordinator and a Handy Man. We also have in-house PBS practisioner.
We Provide 24/7 service by focusing on each person's choices, social preferences and their care requirements. This allows our clients to continue living the lifestyle they know and love while retaining as much independence as possible.
Daily living within our homes is designed to offer you a wide range of interests; we aim to ensure that there is always something interesting and stimulating going on.
Visits are special times for our residents, and we encourage family and friends to keep in regular contact and visit as often as they want.
We provide accommodations in 8 different locations around Hayes, Feltham and Hounslow. All the accommodations provide 5-6 bedrooms with en-suite facilities in some of them. Smoke Detector and Fire doors are installed in each room. The accommodations consist of a shared kitchen and a lounge with TV along with a garden on the back.
The houses which are part of the local communities provide a safe and supportive environment, which allows everyone the opportunity to develop skills for more independent living in the future.

The care service has been developed and designed in line with the values that underpin the Registering the Right Support and other best practice guidance. These values include choice, promotion of independence and inclusion. People with learning disabilities and mental health needs using the service can live as ordinary a life as any citizen.
